Today a man in his early thirties left my consultation with something that should never be underestimated: a diagnosis. For months he had been unable to work. Severe fatigue, pronounced intolerance to exertion, worsening symptoms days after cognitive or physical effort, headaches, gastrointestinal complaints, insomnia and cognitive impairment. Yet there had been no explanation. For many patients with Long Covid this phase is one of the most difficult: being ill, but without a name for the illness. When patients report fatigue, exertion intolerance and delayed worsening after physical, cognitive or emotional strain, Long Covid should always be considered. In more severe neuroimmunological cases, this may represent myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS). Healthy life span tells us not only how long people live, but how long they live in good health. Eurostat data comparing several European countries show a striking pattern over the last decade. Countries such as Finland and Ireland, which initially maintained relatively low SARS CoV 2 prevalence during the early pandemic phase, show a more stable trajectory of healthy life expectancy. In contrast, countries that experienced higher infection prevalence show clearer declines after 2020. Sweden pursued minimal suppression from the beginning of the pandemic. Switzerland relaxed control measures early, particularly from summer 2020 onward. In both countries, healthy life expectancy drops noticeably after the pandemic began. This pattern does not prove causality. Many factors influence population health. But the signal is consistent with a growing body of evidence that large scale viral circulation can have measurable long term effects on population health through post viral disease, disability, and chronic conditions. Sehr gut. Und dann gäbe es auch noch die Kapitalgewinnsteuer und Mikrosteuern auf Finanztransaktionen. Der Flaschenhals ist nicht der Mangel an Optionen, sondern die ideologische Borniertheit und die Klientelpolitik der Bürgerlichen für eine kleine Minderheit von Reichen/Superreichen.

Der Tagi ist **SEHR✱ heikel bei den Kommentaren - ich musste mich auch schon mehrmals darüber ärgern.

Der Schlusssatz ist vielsagend. Mein Gratis-Tipp: Stimmen gibt es für konsequent urban ausgerichtete Politik im Gemeinderat. Solange die FDP bei jedem Velo in Schnappatmung verfällt, wird nix mit Wahlerfolgen.

Nicht Mann zu sein, bedeutet in dieser Welt, dass vom Smartphone bis zum Sicherheitsgurt kein Gegenstand an deinen Körper angepasst ist, Medikamente nicht für deinen Körper getestet wurden, du für einen Teil deiner Arbeit kein und den anderen weniger Geld bekommst und am Ende ja nur "überreagierst".
