Genuine question: how long do we realistically have before those other services are forced to comply too? Isn't the only foolproof option to self host?
To the second point, it seems pretty much impossible to make something coherent that doesnโt have a lot of repeated letters. I think I did pretty well with 27 words. Iโm glad I tried it!

Itโs obviously not the most economical pangram people have made for Shavian, but I went into it with two goals in mind.
1. Use all 48 letters including compounds (the popular ones Iโve seen just use the main 40).
2. Make it not sound like total nonsense.

I made a Shavian pangram:

I enjoy using Zen quite a bit, but I've been interested to try something with tree-style tabs. It seems like a great productivity boost to be able to see how my tabs are connected to each other.

Have you heard of Quikscript? It was an attempt by Read to improve Shavian specifically for handwriting. Learning one makes it easier to learn the other. It also gives us two new letters for the 'ks' and 'gz' sounds which Shavian lacks.
I experienced this bullshit a few weeks ago as well. Adobe can burn eternally while the rest of us switch to Affinity.
@shawntomkin.bsky.social Counterpoint: 'guided' and 'co-op' are the terms used in Ironsworn games.
Nitpicks aside, I think it's important and cool that people like you are publishing books in Shavian!
๐ณ has a hard angle which makes it look like a 7. I also think a slight curve in ๐ผ would make it easier to read and help it not look like ๐ฉ๐ฒ. Finally, the compound letters plus ๐, ๐ take up way more width than their neighbors which makes the balance of words that use them feel off.
I'm happy to give my two cents if it helps! The biggest issue for me was how similar ๐ค, ๐ฎ are to ๐ฑ, ๐ฒ. For example on line 3 of the back cover there's the word 'lie' which to my eyes literally looks like the same character mirrored and it took longer than it should have to parse.
What Shavian font are you using for the inside? The cover font is hard for me to read.
An absolutely underrated series! I'll definitely be checking this out!
I keep trying to teach my friends about it, but they seem to think it's pointless. I feel like I'm channeling Shaw from beyond the grave when I say "BUT THINK OF ALL THE SAVINGS OF PAPER AND INK!"
The more I get used to using the Shavian alphabet, the more I realize just how much more sense it makes for English. Like, it's genuinely so superior to Latin letters for English.
I've recently come up with the (untested and unsubstantiated) metric that if the GM is talking more than half the time, they're doing it wrong.

I loved it when I played it at 14. I went back and tried it again this year and couldn't get much past the part where you visit Aidan's apartment for the first time. I think it's reeeeally rough by today's standards. But the story is still good!
