NB. I have also been able to confirm that this issue is specific to Proton's free aliasing domains. Emails ending in @ protonmail. com should not see any issues and will work as intended.
We do not operate an email allowlist. However, note that due to abuse patterns, we sometimes have to rank certain email domains as less trustworthy than others, which is then combined with many other factors to create a decision based on many years of strengthening the security of the service.
Unfortunately we sometimes have to block certain email domains if we see that they are significant sources of abuse traffic for us. We are in the process of resolving this together w/Proton. Please email us with the information that your email domain is blocked, we'll manually verify your account!

i pressed the wrong button and set the already on fire database on more fire, but its okay because i figured out how to make the database happy
service is restabilising, still substantial load on API side of things but messages are getting through again and it seems to be going down now!

Role ranking page in Server Settings which has a few roles listed. There is now an "up" and a "down" button to reorder roles instead of having a text field for the plain ordering number

There is a Windows setup available if you press GitHub instead of Microsoft Store.
This means you already have an account under that email. It doesn't outright tell you on the form as that could be abused to do user enumeration. We'll work on making the email more obvious about this though!
