Looks like I'd have to revamp the whole system since the TTRPG is way too reminiscent of D&D.
But it has made some progress already, and I think I have been going on the right track.

A system that can balance out their strategic choice of how they spend their actions before their stamina replenishes.
A limited amount of stamina that can make players do whatever they want until they exhaust their pool or get an exhaustion level past the pool.
So there would be no more Bonus Action or action to restrict what a player could do.
As long they have stamina, they can do whatever they want.
I have gotten enlightenment.
For months, I kept thinking that actions should be restricted to the typical action economy like in DnD...
but I forgot to factor in one thing that can make it feel like Genshin and make it stand out.
A stamina pool.

okay, for a bit of context why have I been transforming Genshin Impact into ttrpg rules and mechanics.
I'm inspired to transform the game into a playable, or even a functioning system where it leans back to its roots from source material while trying to apply rules into the world of tabletops.
