I bought Claude subscription a month ago to try out Claude Code. I also stopped Cursor subscription same time. Have been relying on vanillas VSCode (with free Copilot) & Claude Code since then.
I like the power of Claude Code! But I miss the osom tab completions in Cursor.
Saw "The Social Network" movie in 2010 - since then I have been fascinated by the Elo rating equations Eduardo writes on their window.
15 years laters, I get to implement those equations in my app! 😆
woah..TIL - There is a `ping` attribute available on <A> tags...that allows hitting some URLs in the bg when that link is followed by the user.
We have been doing such dirty redirection stuff to track links! Unfortunately, under a flag in FF.

Just realized: In all programming langs, you have "unused code" - easy to identify. But, in CSS you also have smth called "unremoved" code - difficult to identify. No tool that removes it currently

TIL: You can control form properties from the submit button too!

Super fun thing i have started doing - i do a 30min walk 2 times a day. And at that time I switch chatGPT in voice mode and brainstorm about new product ideas. After that 30min walk, I am left with so much clarity and also a well defined PRD and spec about the product!! ✌🏽

Okay, I am fed up of seeing the state of engineering in engineers these days. And so, I've decided to start my own Bootcamp - this time, I'll be building cracked Frontend Engineers!

Realization: As the project matures and becomes bigger, I tend to use AI less and less. Because I want to avoid the potential mess it can make - which is more in a bigger codebase!
I start in "Agent" mode. End in "Ask mode".
