I think it's worth trying ways for folks to input their voice. We know public hearings don't work because they bias towards folks who can take the time to go (including lobbyists.) I've always liked the idea of liquid democracy where each person gets one vote they can either use directly or delegate

Looks like I can match ~53% of the testifiers to voter records by name alone. Another ~39% match multiple voters. That leaves ~8% unmatched. The matched group could be interesting because there are a few demographics in the voter registration.

I search a few random names around the spike and nothing jumped out. I just requested a copy of registered voters to cross reference against.

Line graph of sign-ins for legislative meeting about SB 6346. It has a couple spikes during the day and cons outweigh pro consistently.

I charted it and it does seem natural to me. Should I add these charts to the site? I could maybe add markers for the articles that line up with it. Though call to action emails and facebook posts may be part of it too.
