I just switched to a new keyboard arrangement and I swear you'd think it was my first time typing.

Overall, it's scores sum to a 4.14, so I'm saying it's a 4/10. I hope Gen 10 is better, or I might have to start being more selective which titles I pick up.
Balancing, I think this is the worst balanced pokemon game by far, though maybe that's just me. I did the barest minimum to get through the game, and I was 15-20 levels overlevelled by the end, and had more than $500,000 at any point in time. It trivalised a lot of it. 1/10
The UI was really unenjoyable. You can't press B to close a handful of the context windows, and the menuing in the bag is kinda weird, but it looks super sleek and I like the pokemon sprites. 6/10
The dex was bland, but that's Kalos. I liked Mareep, and the new shiny effects (or, combination of old ones) is quite nice. 6/10
Story-wise, I don't think I recall much of it beyond "go fight megas" and "Taunie/Urbain got us in trouble with the mafia." A lot of really dull notes that I don't care for, and fighting 16 megas *sucked*. 2/10
Battles in this game sucked, to me. They were buggy and glitchy, and way too story focused. I get that they're doing that as a stylistic decision and that style just wasn't for me, but it still made the game less enjoyable to me. I kept getting attacked instead of my pokemon. 2/10
Musically, I didn't care for it. Some of the remixes on existing themes were good, but the same town theme, the same battle theme, etc. really detracted from it for me. Overall, I liked it, but not as much as BDSP, SwSh, or SV for that matter. 5/1
