Maru San, the new restaurant from Chef Carlos Delgado, is now open at 325 7th Street SE and it’s delightful. We were invited to a preview earlier today and got to sample the fresh hand rolls and more. We’re so happy they are open and can’t wait to go back and have a scallop roll.

This has happened for years— not just during this administration.
Emergency response
It happens on a semi regular basis but they aren’t always good at letting people know it’s happening.
They do these trainings on a regular basis, just in case there is a crisis or a disaster. It’s emergency training.
