And tbh if it's just been a couple of days or so since a game released I'd personally have the heart to avoid sharing stuff, especially if I had a wide audience. I can't stop others from doing it, but it's just kinda sad that it happens in the first place and then they don't even tag it as spoiler 🥲

I get what you mean, but one can't always be out of social media all the time until they finish a game, and you never know when the spoilers are going to pop up. I usually mute words, but this was mostly about people who don't even tag/mention the game in their posts, making the spoilers unavoidable

Exactly! It's been getting more difficult in the latest games, but even in SwSh I was lucky enough to still be surprised by a few Pokémon I had never seen before, haha. It's also one of my favourite feelings, and I really reaaaally hope I can go as blind as possible when Winds&Waves release :']

It's always harder when it comes to older games 🥲 Even when I want to upload images or opinions about very famous and ancient ones, I try not to share too much, especially if it's related to the ending and/or if I know a close friend is currently playing it. Sometimes spoilers are timeless haha

There's been many times I've been so excited about something in Pokopia or any other new game that I've felt the urge to share it, until I've realized it's not really worth it and it might cause more harm than anything

If people do share stuff they should at least hide/tag them properly...

Exactly :( Like when every single new Mega Evolution got leaked as soon as possible... I was pretty excited about discovering those in-game 🥲 I just wish people would hide/tag things all the time, that way there'd be no one to blame and curious people would still enjoy the leaks

Haha no worries! I'm happy to help! Unfortunately I haven't played that one, but from the looks of it it seems pretty similar, yes! If she also happens to be familiar with either Animal Crossing or Minecraft I think she'd be delighted with Pokopia as well! It's very relaxing, fun and cute!

Same, I think I saw every single Mega from the DLC and even the main game before actually playing myself (I'm just watching a gameplay of the DLC at this point)

It's really annoying. People should use more hashtags and even hide images as sensitive content, but they know that'd give them less views

And tbh even though I'm always super slow when I play games, Pokopia is huge!! I'm 40 hours in after playing nonstop and there's still SO much ahead! I don't know how long the main story is, but just cleaning/decorating every area takes a bunch of time too. How and why are people speedrunning this 💀

For real! I actually bought CH3&4 on release day mostly due to spoilers. I still tried to take my sweet time to play through them ofc, but it's sad how careful we have to be nowadays...

I miss being a kid with no access to the internet and feeling like I was the only one aware of my fave games lol

What even is the point, most people either don't have a Switch 2 or haven't played that far yet...
