it's playing the long game, but IMO it's crucial for democratic city leaders to make living in cities the cheaper, easier, nicer option.
- High frequency + redundant + accessible transit.
- Dense housing with options for families (3bd units)
- Shelter for all
- Parks + quality public restrooms
