Iβve been playing around with this @dumaker.bsky.social tool and this came out in no time. Itβs really fun to use!

Iβve had the pleasure of taking part in this project, which radiates love and care in every detail. Although my contribution was almost anecdotal compared to the core development team, itβs a real pride to see it up and running. Designed for younger audiences, but enjoyable for players of all ages.
You can just play it straight from your browser. Itβs tougher than it looks on video!

Now that Iβm looking at it again after some time, Iβve noticed a couple of things I missed or could have done better.
That said, Iβm actually quite happy with the result. It took me more work than I expected for such a simple game!
A DOS gaming channel recorded a gameplay video of the little level I made for the Crystal Caves remake.
Honestly, itβs really exciting to see someone playing it and reading positive comments from people who share the same interests.
Just leaving it here JIC!

Today I remembered this track I made 16 years ago. Picking video clips from here and there, I tried to put together something that would bring to life a theme I was particularly proud of. It moved me every time I listened to it. What a feeling and what memories...

And finally, the most recent one is GALAXY. You go around with a spaceship, taking out enemies and collecting loot. There are also encounters with NPCs every few pages and some mini-games.
This is one of the most original and simple things I've seen in a while.
The next one was GOLF. All the types of terrain you would expect. The challenge, as you would guess, is to get the ball in the hole in the fewest strokes possible.
The first one he published is DUNGEON. A dungeon crawl with health points, treasure chests, enemies, and even shops every few levels.
A little genius detail is putting a number on each side of the pencil and using it with as a D6.
I am ridiculously excited about these 'paper apps', as their creator calls them. They are little notebooks with puzzles and even dice rolls. They are simple games but well designed, and each notebook is unique since each phase was generated procedurally before being printed. (More β¬οΈ)

Re-posting (for fun) looking back at our v old Sonic pitch.
It was a clear riff off LeapDay.
Play a new casual Sonic stage everyday.
Find the secret chaos emerald for 7 days straight and get to compete in the weekly Super Sonic Speed run.
Adding more basics: some UI tweaks, keys/doors and boxes for light puzzles. The classics! Before reworking player animations (and deciding if the bases go), the next step is to prototype more enemies and traps. Not planning to add much more after that.

I've been messing around with the tabletop idea, but I've swapped out the space marines for something of my own. It's still super basic, but I've started adding some combat and coding the basic rules. In my head, I want to make something reaaaaally simple that I can finish relatively soon (heh).
Just finished Garbanzo Quest! Really cool 2D platformer with a great sense of humour. Check it out if you get the chance: store.steampowered.com/app/2105910/...

Thank you!
I mean... look at this cutie. I want to draw more!
I should stop starting things and actually finish some, but lately I've been playing Space Marine Adventures (tabletop) and I was wondering if it would be easy to turn it into a mini-game. A bit of placeholder art to see how it feels.
I mean... check out this Ultramarine cutie.

Naked guy with a lemon-shooting shotgun
Wow, my last post went wild. The project with the naked guy and the lemon-shooting shotgun was actually just a side side project that I wasn't paying much attention to, but I'll definitely have to give it another look to see if I can make something interesting out of it. Thanks for all the ideas!
