I have zero energy for anything other than the bare minimum and I don't know what to do about it π
I'm ghosting friends and have no reasonable excuse and feel absolutely awful about it but can't a) muster the energy to do anything about it or b) actually explain why because I don't know myself π

Life going better than at any other point in the last 10 years and it's taking all I have just to stay on top of waking up, going to work, coming home and doing life admin.
