Yesterday, I spoke with CNN about an explosive, toxic issue, the growing list of business execs with links to Epstein who've been forced to step down. In my view, this exposes a "deep rot" at the top of society; people have every right to be angry. Check out the article: www.cnn.com/2026/02/18/b...
A majority of Americans feel that ICE has been too tough. Businesses have long hesitated to criticize the administration, but that seems to be changing, as we can see in this letter from Silicon Valley tech workers iceout.tech and from businesses in Minnesota and elsewhere. Will this movement grow?
(Sadly, the Supreme Court has enabled some of this).
It's not legal but the administration doesn't care, they don't give a f*ck about the Constitution or the rule of law.
I agree with you 100%, it seems very obvious from the videos, but a core tenet of our legal system is that suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The killing/murder of Renee Good and the DOJ probe into Fed Chair Jerome Powell have taken place just a few days apart. Both of these actions are highly salient and broadly unpopular. Could this be the turning point, the critical juncture when the political tide turns decisively against Trump/MAGA?

Yes, I agree @karlobasta.bsky.social -- but to be fair, a lot of concern is now being voiced about Trump's tariffs and about his erratic policymaking. If (business)people weren't afraid of the bully in the White House and his enablers, they would be even more vocal.
That's right @pmpearson.bsky.social- it was a mistake to cancel the US Chamber's Equality of Opportunity Initiative. If we can't even agree to support something as basic as equality of opportunity for all, we are not in a good place as a society. But the real fault lies with Trump and his enablers.
