Updates like this are an attack on user agency.
People shouldn't have to buy new hardware or pay for extensions to ensure their devices are secure.
Last night I sent an email to Oracle's copyright department for a GPL and CDDL source code request. Let's see if they actually listen...

note: this is a minimalist graphic (don't think it meets the threshold of originality to be considered art) and, despite the implied theme of the graphic, does not reflect any real-world events that may or may not happen.
tl;dr: this is just an image, not in any way a reflection of events irl.
A minimalist graphic depicting a UNIX terminal with the command entered, "kill -9 $$" and the line below it showing the shell's process being killed. Three words below are stated: "exit with dignity".

I wanna make more semi-abstract wallpapers with this vibe but I'm not sure what to be inspired by
Apologies for the hours-late response, but thank you so much for sharing the code! I'm gonna experiment with this later today :D
remote procedure call!? in my network protocol?? its more likely than you think.
I've been looking for a way to prototype something for one of my game design teams and a goal is processing I/O between a game engine and an external program while managing multiple packets over a single stream so multiple streams of text could be taken in at once to the engine (among other things)
I'm not a DOOM modder/mapper at all, but would you happen to know of any hints of guides to using GZDoom with external programs like this? I actually have been looking for something simple like this (ex. using external programs in a game engine) as a way to prototype something for an internal POC.
I tended to struggle with this for many years and I still struggle with overambitious goals imposed on me that I genuinely do not have the mental and/or physical capacity to grow and it really messes with my head
I think about how I was set up as this "gifted" person during my school years and how it completely led to me being burned out because I always let ppl down because I could "do better" when I really couldn't
just because I cant be exceptional at everything does not determine my worth as a person
Wallpaper I made with green and blue circles, some hollow.
I made a #wallpaper inspired by the OpenSolaris wallpapers.
Download: www.deviantart.com/xmotif/art/S...
OpenSolaris installation slide 01; the visuals is a bunch of multicolored glossy circles, that says "welcome" and displays the OpenSolaris logo at the bottom.
OpenSolaris installation slide 04; the visuals is a spray can with glossy circles coming out, which says "Customize your install!"
OpenSolaris installation slide 06; the visual is an umbrella with rain and glossy circles that says "Subscribe for more."
I love the aesthetics of the OpenSolaris wallpapers and the installation slideshow.
