I haven't 3D printed any new monster in weeks and I got 3kg of fresh resin๐ข
Hopefully I'll find some time in the weekend.

a while ago I started making "SDF the game", it was something like this
#madeWithUnity #madeWithUnbound
a little town in sicily
some shots from the little 8mp ricoh
cables! they are fun! ๐ค
( one day I'll be back on this idea )

Becoming Saint is now available on mobile! A small, replayable strategic and tactical medieval game with a rich, evolutive and generative narrative component. Define your set of beliefs and convert the whole of Italy to your heretic creed!

in 2018 I decided I wanted to draw my 3D models in 2D, so I made a tool for that (blender's grease pencil wasn't a thing back then).
Drawing in 3D is such a headhache, but it was ok, I almost made a game with it. Then discovered SDFs and threw it all away for the new sexy thing๐
made his eyes smaller, just a little less cutesey (left side image).
Should begin iterating on the resin prints soonish.

Townscaper but it's all made of clay!
Or, #SDF, for the nerds out there.
Denshattack is cool, but the handholding ๐ฎโ๐จ
Let me figure out the tricks, turn learning into discovery!
Also (sorry for being a picky ass!) SEGA shows the way: don't stop the action. I'd rather replay a level to learn and score higher than repeat each sections 10 times over ๐ค
it's 2026 and you still can't live sculpt game assets directly inside any game engine ๐คท

raise your hand if you also just found out that Gunbike on PS1 is gorgeous and it exists โ
The M64 looks great, it's playful, the design is gorgeous. The company is clearly made of talented and passionate folks. It's sad that Modretro doubled down on Palmer's Anduril connection for their FPGA game boy clone.
can someone vibe code me a version of Photopea that is completely free and open source? I love this thing to bits, minus not owning any of it, and the damn ads.
my baby is back ๐
broke my last ricoh gr digital i years ago. Kept telling myself I did not need another flimsy old digital ricoh. I was wrong and I'm so happy I've found one locally. Lets hope it lasts a little bit longer this time.
uh oh! someone got a batch of transparent resin ๐

watched G -1.0 in black & white yesterday. Probably the way it was intended to be screened by the director. What an amazing and deep cutting portrait of post war japan.
OG concept art is from Ben Sears, love his work.
from a couple of years ago:
one of the first test sculpts I did with a VERY early prototype of unbound.
This looks awesome, Pyrite64 is a full blown N64 game engine (as in, modern definition of game engine, unity/godot style). Curious how much steam it'll pick up. Developing for retro consoles today has shown to be a great way for indie devs to stand out from the crowd.
it has taken me 44 years to appreciate Aphex Twin. Now I religiously play his best ambient works almost every evening, to decompress after work.
love it! I've been kinda obsessing over wiring interfaces for a while myself ๐
effing love this! are you controlling permutations of the weapon with that wiring system?
I live in a dichotomy where my work is all about AI while everyone else in my day-to-day european life could not care less for AI. Interesting times.
Bangaioh for N64 has been translated! Ok, you could already play this on Dreamcast, but the chunky trilinear interpolated sprites of the OG are fantastic. It's a masterpiece of a game, mixing puzzles and bullet hell in a way that is just genius. Go play it!
Sonic YTP is live streaming some #madeWithUnbound sculpting ๐

I have a folder on my desktop named "useless photos" full of stuff like this.
Vintage toy museum in Venice
(Creature Di Gomma) managed to rescue and restore a WORKING Ufo Robot Grendizer joyride. They also took it around Venice on a boat, with its pilot Aktarus. Because, why not.
Look at the face of first boy to ride that thing in who knows how many decades!
thanks : ) he's disgustingly cute
