Why am I getting bill notices now on a repository that I archived from github that has not been active for 2 years.

This is affecting me with my other projects in no way is related to that archived repository

A anomyous youtuber channel creator is spreading accusations of false and fradulent information in regards to a well known vigilante. Demanding removal of the person with the intent of hate and harassment.
