when I circle back to flashback later this year I want to do a top listeners thing even though it’s completely arbitrary.

this seems like a minor distinction, but the solution of "stop users blocking mod.bsky" focuses on "*users can block the labeler*, and it breaks ozone" rather than on "and it breaks ozone"
yeah surely the issue here is ozone not being able to do whatever it's trying to do when blocked (fetching details ig?) rather than users being able to block the mod service?
The solution should be fix ozone/allow it via appview to bypass blocks, not to stop people blocking the labeler
