I had to leave Oakland for school, but I hope to return to the East Bay after UCLA. A Bay Area without BART would be hell for all but the wealthiest. I hope more than anything that this funding measure passes.

I've made peace with Notre Dame missing the CFP, but it sucks that it'll happen because of a combined four points and an egregious no-call of a hold by Texas A&M on their final touchdown.

Every time we open WestLaw or Lexis, we're hit with prompts to use their AI tools. Our school also gives us free access to Harvey, a dedicated legal AI tool. But remember, if you use AI for your memo, that's an instant academic honor code violation!

I finished undergrad before ChatGPT came out. I started law school this year. The dissonance is real. We're simultaneously told by our school that if we use AI for any assignments, we fail, but also that we should be striving to master AI if we want to be effective attorneys.

I'm rewatching 6teen right now and it holds up to a surprising degree
