Nick Land tries to play vague and esoteric a lot of the time but he's a fucking fascist.
Smart well off nerds like him because the ambiguity feels like nuance and the esotericism makes them feel smart huffing his farts.
Notice of Nina Power's Bankruptcy Order in The Gazette.
Notice of Daniel Shaffner Miller's Bankruptcy Order in The Gazette.
In fact, the ruling against Nina Power and DC Miller left both bankrupt, their relationship with Nick Land having contributed to the judge branding them "aggressive" antisemitic bullies.
(In short, don't normalise Nick Land.)
More on the case here: luketurner.com/victory-in-h...
Tweet by Nick Land (Xenocosmography): "Worried now that l've got Nina into trouble." Quote-tweet by Justin Murphy: "I've obtained the complete transcripts from the Miller and Power v Turner case. They are FASCINATING. The writings of Nick Land are discussed, Curtis Yarvin, several others......"
In the aftermath of the High Court case, Land posted that he was "worried now that [he'd] got Nina into trouble."
Q. 2979 is the page. Now, Outsideness is the Twitter account of Nick Land, is it not, someone you followed? A. Mm hmm. Q. And this says, "Antisemitism is most likely a Jewish conspiracy. Nobody else could make a political theory that Baroque sound plausible to people". A. Mm. Q. That was from 2015, so that is a view expressed by another account that you follow, correct, which is, would you agree, antisemitic? A. I think it's quite a complex statement which Nick Land is making here. Q. Is it antisemitic? A. I think it's an ironic statement about - first of all he says that antisemitism is a Baroque theory. Q. Could you just answer the question? Is it antisemitic? A. I don't think it's a simple question. I think this is a statement which has different levels of meaning to it.
Q. Would you go forward, please, to tab 74? This is more tweeting by Nick Land. This is in 2016. He says: "Fact. White subnormals are (ideologically) the niggers of the earth. Also fact: they're white subnormals (Jewy machinations notwithstanding)." Then he says, "Of course they get a bum rap. The only people who will articulate that above the level of inchoate howl will be power-crazed hucksters." Then he says, "Going out on a limb here. I'm going to guess that it's the poor dim Jews who get disproportionately shoah'd". The reference to "shoah'd", that is a reference to the holocaust, is it not? A. Yes. Q. Is this an antisemitic series of statements by Mr Land? A. I find it difficult again to interpret precisely what Nick Land is saying here. He is a very ironic writer. He is a very ironic writer. He is referring to elements in discourse using complex rhetorical techniques. I don't think he is saying these things in terms of his actual positions per se. he is referring to something. I don't really know what he is saying, to be honest.
At trial, Daniel 'DC' Miller—a writer for neo-Nazi site Social Matter, which called for the "segregation & separation" of Jewish people—refused to acknowledge Nick Land's appalling antisemitism, such as his grotesque claim that it was "the poor dim Jews who get disproportionately shoah'd".
Tweet by Nick Land (Outsideness): "Zoned out there for a moment." Reply by Nina Power (gorsedd): "Dreamed that someone tried to charge me 33 quid for a sandwich last night. Was a 2/3rds sign of your imminent digital half-devil return."
In the lead up to the vexatious case, Nina Power could be found regularly interacting with Nick Land on her secret far-right 'gorsedd' account that was exposed in court—seen here replying to Land's 'Outsideness' account, fantasising about his "imminent digital half-devil return."
A tweet by Nick Land (Outsideness) that reads "So apparently there's a way to invest in non-literally punching Luke Turner", sharing a link to Nina Power and Daniel 'DC' Miller's crowdfunder for their vexatious libel claim against me. The accompanying photo shows Miller at the LD50 protest in 2017, with a protestor holding a placard up to him that reads "F**k off Nazi Scum".
Since Nick Land, the 'hyperracist' NRx figurehead, has been in the press this week, it's worth touching on the role his close association with Nina Power and Daniel 'DC' Miller played in their catastrophic High Court trial against me—with Land even promoting the case as a way of "punching" me.

Nina Power 30 Aug 2024 It’s quite interesting being a digital era pariah—despite being multiply cancelled, hated, unemployed, made bankrupt etc. I wasn’t sent to Patmos or Australia, and no one garrotted or burned me, so I live still with my eyes and hands intact—it often makes people extremely confessional. People sometimes meet me in public places and speak freely. I get emails and messages to the same end (often anonymous). It’s very obvious that lots of people—particularly in the arts and academia–currently feel … Adrian Vermeule 30 Aug 2024 Fascinating and rings very true. It is staggering how many academics at elite schools, for example, have to systematically suppress their real views - I’ve met a number of them.
He's also a Nina Power reply guy.
Analysis and Findings 19. A significant amount of material has been placed before me. It is not necessary for findings to be made in respect of every aspect of it. The following has been established from the material that it before me, including the material contained within the “Supplemental Bundle”: a) Disclosure by the CAA following the court’s orders for disclosure were: tweets to be found from p155 of the supplementary Bundle; An example of Mr Silverman’s letter (see below);confirmation that Mark Lewis was aa patron of CAA in 2018, who continues to provide advice to it. The remaining disclosure followed research on behalf of RH. b) The CAA was formed by Mandy Blumental, who is a member of its’ committee. c) Mark Lewis was a patron of the CAA and has provided legal advice to it. d) Mark Lewis and Mandy Blumental were the individuals described in the application for the summons as “A British Israeli couple”. I find the failure to identify them and their close association with the prosecutor as significant. The wording of the summary misled me into believing that there was no such association, I am satisfied that this was intentional. e) Mark Lewis was fined by the Solicitors’ regulatory Authority on 13 December 2018. This was not disclosed at any point by the prosecutor. Since he was one of those present at the Fringe show, who objected to the joke, and subsequently disrupted the performance, it should have been. f) There is a report of Mark Lewis being criticised by Nicklin J on the basis he had “put evidence before the Court, on an ex parte application, that was not true” (p140 of the Supplementary Bundle)- although it should be noted that the judge did not find that he had knowingly misled the court. The judge reportedly stated that there had been a “significant failure” by Lewis to comply with the general obligation of full and frank disclosure (Mr Lawlor conceded that Mr Lewis had been criticised albeit in the course of a property dispute). This was clearly
Notably, Reginald D Hunter's court victory has highlighted more deception & "abusive" litigation involving Mark Lewis—the same solicitor who acted for free for (bankrupt) neo-Nazi conspiracy theorists DC Miller & Nina Power in their vexatious libel claim against me: www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/u...
Transcript from Liam Walker KC's re-examination of Nina Power during her High Court antisemitism libel trial: Q. You have explained to us that you have made some mistakes in your document you signed. A. Yes. Q. You have been referred to the particulars of claim. You have had various statements made and questions not asked, but about how you have not disclosed things. Are you a lawyer? A. What? No. Q. Are you legally trained? A. I have an LLB but I'm not - from ages ago, but not, I'm not a lawyer. Q. How have you found this whole experience in terms of this litigation? A. A bit bewildering. A lot of this happened a long time ago and in fact lots of the attacks on me, it's difficult to remember which order they came in, to be honest. It feels like part of, you know, like an ongoing thing that has different moments. Q. Are you trying the very best you can? A. Sorry, yes, I really am trying.
Seeing Nina Power's spectacular dimwittedness playing out in court was quite something—exemplified here, where her *own barrister* asked her to explain why she'd lied in her pleadings about the Groyper accounts she was secretly running.
Cross-examination saw her reduced to a sobbing, fascist husk.

Thanks so much, Geoff 🙏🏻
Except doing so in sworn statements of truth at the High Court contributed to ultimately bankrupting both these galaxy-brained numpties… 🫠
Daniel Miller being questioned by Liam Walker KC at the High Court: I am not asking you to read it but that is your witness statement, and at the back, page 42 there is a statement of truth. Do you remember signing that? A. Yes. Q. Can I ask you now to go to tab 14, page 290? Do you have it? A. Yes. Q. It is item 6 on the left-hand corner. I will just read an aspect to you. "Item 6 is a reply by unknown third-party, DC Groyper". Can you read that? A. Yes. Q. Can I ask you to go to tab 13, so just go back from 290 to 287? A. Yes. Q. 287 and you can see that is your signature. Yes? A. Yes. Q. That aspect of item 6 which I read to you at 290, is that correct? A. No, it's not correct. Q. Is it true? A. It's not true. Q. Why did you sign something which you knew not to be true? A. (no reply) Q. There is no rush, Mr Miller. A. I was dealing with the material very quickly and I was flustered by it. I also understood that it was not unknown - it was in fact Nina's account. I didn't want to drag the issue into it, which I didn't think was relevant. I regret that decision that I made
Nina Power being questioned by Liam Walker KC at the High Court: MR WALKER: And it is tab 30, first of all, and is that your witness statement? A. Yes, it is. Q. And if you go to the last page, in tab 30, is that your signature? A. Yes, it is. Q. Can I ask you to stay in that bundle and can I ask you to go behind tab 14, page 290? Do you have it? A. Yes. Q. Item 6, which is a reply by an unknown third party, DC Groyper, yes? A. Yes. Q. If you go to the previous tab, 13, the last page, 287, and it is a document signed by you? A. Yes. Q. Is that statement on page 290, is that correct? A. No, it's not. Q. And you have signed a statement of truth there. Why did you sign a statement of truth? A. I think because I read this too quickly and I didn't notice that this was not accurate, so it's a mistake on my part, which I'm sorry for. Q. Is it a mistake or is it a lie? A. No, it's a mistake.
This resulted in one of the most jaw-dropping moments at trial, when both DC Miller and Nina Power were forced by their own KC to admit to having made false statements in sworn statements of truth, having dishonestly claimed the groyper account Power used to target me was an "unknown third-party":
Since groypers are in the news, worth revisiting how antisemitic conspiracy theorists Nina Power and Daniel 'DC' Miller were exposed at trial as secretly operating a series of groyper accounts that they used to target me – including the 'Nina Power Groyper' and 'DC Groyper' accounts seen here:
It was very dark, very fast.
Absolutely, here you go. Strap yourself in for a wild ride of antisemitic conspiracy theories, Holocaust revisionism and Groypers…
Q. Well, that tweet there from Parallax Optics, the Holocaust one, was one of the ones which I think you admitted this morning was abhorrently anti-Semitic. Can we just turn, please, to the last reference in the WhatsApp messages for now? 3760 is the page, so it is back to bundle 5, tab 131. A. I'm sorry, can you tell me the page again? Q. 3760. A. Uh-huh. Q. Now, below the second hole punch, on 3760, this is 18th of August 2018 at 2143. Ms Power says to you, "I wonder if the social disapproval for 'racism' is a psyop to stop people realising that there are alien and fairy races?" You say, "Good take." A. Uh-huh. Q. Then, if you drop down a few lines, Ms Power says, "Also, that black and white were alien races and very different." Then you say at the top of the next page, "Yes, you should not reveal this to most people. That's definitely true - they can't handle it."
The "alien races" Whatsapp messages certainly figured at trial, where both Miller and Power were reduced to tears by their own foolishness. Their responses were about as insightful as you'd expect…
This is brilliant. I'm proud to call her my friend.
the juxtaposition of 'let's enjoy Paddington bear!' and 'let's deport human migrants to the Taliban!' is too perfect

Fascism aside, James Orr shows risibly poor judgment in characterising Nina Power as "a talented and valuable voice", when even her own barrister painted her at trial as a bumbling dimwit out of her depth, in a vain attempt to excuse the false testimony she gave about her anonymous Groyper accounts…
I tried to keep track of which UK philosophers rushed to the defence of their friend Nina Power once it was revealed she was an esoteric fascist and vehement racist obsessed with Hitler, and I counted less than a handful (maybe three?), and one of them was James Orr
Brian Cox appears to have pulled out, at least – his page is 404'd:

"I don’t think it’s pseudointellectual. I think it makes points. It has some language in it that is certainly not clear to a lay reader, whereas my manifesto is an artwork. It’s in some ways deliberately obtuse and playful with language, and it’s also very short. I think I say somewhere in my messages about the open letter that it - it is a shame it’s not more accessibly written, actually - Q. Just going back to page 64, again in four, 289-93. This, ‘ In particular, we find a Third Positionist tenor - the dominant iteration and most creeping form of contemporary fascism. Third Positionist cryptofascism uses existing subcultural beliefs and lifestyles to promote pan-Europeanism, ultra-nationalism, and neo-colonialism, while cloaking its most unacceptable tenets. Yet, more worryingly, much of the esoterica discussed in the livestream also serves as the metapolitical backdrop and spiritual inspiration for some of the most violent far-right tendencies we’ve recently seen in Europe ’. That’s you and your mates, isn’t it? A. Absolutely not. You - Q. And this is part - A. - I apol- can I just say - Q. Please. A. - having seen a distinction between that writing there - Q. But it is a word salad, isn’t it? A. I think that - Q. Means nothing. A. - I think that sentence you’ve read comes across as a bit of a word salad itself, so it’s hard to follow. I think if you break it apart, it does make sense, but it’s not - it’s not accessible. But if you compare that to the two open letters that I have published, I endeavoured to be clear in those, and that’s why I’m writing in the context of an open letter, to be as accessible as possible, which is contrary to my 2011 Metamodernist Manifesto, which is a very short and dense, playfully written, piece. Nothing I’ve ever written uses language in the way of that open letter that I’m being falsely accused of having a hand in. Q. Your language is pompous, pseudointellectual and intentionally verbose, isn’t it? Do you agree? A. No."
Special thanks to Naomi Siderfin and David Crawford for inviting me to be a part of the show ‘Manifesto for Sustainable Experimentation’, celebrating 30 years of Beaconsfield—whose magnificent archive has been acquired by the Tate, who I’m sure will cherish it for us all for many decades to come!
