it's not super hard to get your hands on a pc and io from a cab tbf if you dig around yaj or rgc. dongles might be a little harder but you don't really lose anything running decrypted (and dongles mean you can't really hack at the software Anyway)

this is not to say don't play whoever you're playing but i think it's important to keep in mind that characters below that cutoff mark generally aren't gonna be as fun or representative of the game as a whole

tbf peach is absolutely meta if you're playing her, but regardless i think with melee that's not necessarily the correct approach, every character below mid-tier generally has the tools to do about as well as every other character, so the "meta" is about 10 or so characters with different mus
