As an American tech worker I am always astounded by how good the people I have worked with who attended Tecnológico de Monterrey or Indian Institute of Technology . These engineers rival or succeed even MIT and Stanford alumni.

Good documentation historically relayed on willpower and determination plus time. Now AI is letting the majority of lazy developers write quality documentation in under 10 minutes just by following best practices for code style.

Unpopular opinion but pot is not a harmless drug. The impact may be less severe than alcohol their is still big changes to the body with long term use. My parents have been pot heads my entire life and they had life altering health conditions from heavy drug use.
