St. Frances Xavier Cabrini. She's actually taught me some lessons, especially in working in service/healthcare. Another immigrant Pinoy Queer Catholic penpal friend of mine sent me this small relic of hers and she's truly a blessing.

Went for the first run of the season! The Spring thaw is so gross at places. Broke in new running shoes and finally got to listen to all the hard music that's been on cue all Winter!

2/ You can use any protein [chickpeas meat sub/fried tofu] or any dressing to your liking. You can also use fresh Kale as well. I used thinly sliced Brussels to use them up.
