Nur das eben nicht - wie Herr Gressel ausführt - nachgerüstet, aufgerüstet und produziert wird (wenigstens im Umfang des Verbrauchs und der Weitergabe). Und Kooperationsprojekte werden lautlos in den Eisschrank gelegt oder ganz aufgegeben.
