Chromostereopsis is a visual illusion whereby the impression of depth is conveyed in two-dimensional color images. It doesn't work on everyone, but for those that can see it, one of the colours will appear slightly in-front or behind the other.

I wish I picked up their book about machine code for beginners as I always had the impression as a kid that it would be impossibly hard to learn. (Later found out it wasn't! 😆)

Very nice! I've dabbled a little in weather satellites, but only the older analogue NOAA satellites, which you can pick up with a simple dipole antenna.
