While waking up early is still very difficult, after about 3 months of working out 3-4 times per week, my body still hums with pleasure the rest of the day on workout days.
Haven’t really lost any weight, maybe 5 pounds tops, but my lungs and heart feel awesome.
Still hate mornings, though.
Bought yarn for this project today that should be a lot of fun! I also noticed that I buy a lot of this specific yarn, so I bought a couple black and a couple white skeins to make impulse colorwork projects more accessible. Here is my next double knit project!
