Sure, but that probably goes for anything that involves the phrase “that’s stupid”; never said anything to the contrary. :p

To be fair, “why would you want to do that”/“what are you trying to accomplish” aren’t inherently bad questions; many problems are caused by taking wrong approaches that they can rectify. What we need here is some sort of global “I know what I’m doing” badge that counts across the entire web.
