Added the USB C PCB edge connector to the DSPico cart to replace the micro USB port. I'll see how it goes and then fork it.

They released a new screen kit that they say is half reflective and half transmissible. It looks pretty awesome.

I can’t really test the screen under the summer noon sunlight in Kyoto but I think it looks pretty good under my work bench’s light.
Definitely. I took two pictures last night to test the backlighting in the dark. The first picture is at the lowest brightness and the second picture is at its max. A tad washed out but not horrible at all.
Yep! The backlight is off in that video.
There is a slight issue with the text being cut off on some games; I’m hoping they’ll fix it soon. 😅

This is one of my favorite mods of all time. I always loved the Pocket aesthetic and extremely thankful that @mousebitelabs.bsky.social made it even better. One of the many people within the Gameboy community that made me want to learn PCB design. We need more creators like him!
Hi! This would be the CGS polished clear shell and I believe the lens was from them as well. I am using the GBC Q5 Hispeedido OSD kit. The shell does need to be trimmed to fit.
