Next game got one of the same players that said "Let Val tank he's a good Strange. Checked his profile after the match and he was Eternity last season. Made me feel MUCH better about my performance ngl.

I know I'm good at Rivals but sometimes I have severe imposter syndrome. Like in one game I fully whiffed a Strange ult. Felt bad. Then got the entire team with my second and no one on my team was able to kill any of them.

There are some days at work that remind me that the fabric of our entire civilization is paper-thin and held by a singular, frayed string. The Crowdstrike thing really was just a peek at how fragile it is lmao

The most enticing thing about the Switch 2 is being able to play Switch games higher than 20 fps

I’ll be VERY surprised if Blade doesn’t come with some sort of anti-healing skill in Rivals.

I think you can find out a lot about a person by knowing who their fuck/marry/kill is for Sonic, Shadow, and Silver.

Ninja Gaiden always kills me because you have major characters with names like Ryu, Doku, Ayane, Alma, Kasumi, Irene, Genshin, Marbus.

It just really sucks to see, especially when it’s being done to, in my eyes, a decent person. I know you probably know this but in case you need reminding: many people are happy you’re here and touch their lives daily. And that’s more than anyone ever expected. So thank you for being here :)

Unfortunately it’s atrociously easy to be awful to someone online, especially when you have nothing to relate the experience to or haven’t dealt with that kind of stuff yourself. Even easier when you’re of the mentality to treat everyone like they aren’t a person. I’m not defending them, ofc.

Hey Gene! Sorry you’re going through it man. For what it’s worth, I’ve always followed you and valued your input and am for one glad you beat it. I lost my mom and dad to it and wouldn’t wish what I saw them go through on my worst enemies. People that say that kind of stuff have no perspective.

As a blatant OG enjoyer.. I think it’s worth it. Genuinely. I look at it as a sequel that gives the characters so much time to shine and be more real, and the story is LARGELY the same with some interesting stuff on the side.
