Describing the workout for today. Team workout with movements, static holds and machine work
Getting back to it today. 2 weeks of Xmas & holiday fun meant not a lot of working out, but it's good to have a reload - back to it for the new year today with this monster.
(The good part was the croissants after, each month the gym has a Sunday where it's a community hang out)
