I do have concerns in the long-run, that many will get comfortable and outsource thinking. That there will be teams who have no idea how their code works. It's why I stay very much human in the loop.
For no code (@kelseyhightower.com style) I worry about the phrase "frictionless relationships"

"The root of suffering is attachment"
and his answer often "too much attachment"

LLMs likely access more of the experiences and fixes for these too.
Coins have two sides.
I think this is what we are trying to counter with.

A court order to force you to turn over your phone data is also a method, see the recent journalist on Signal. If you don't delete it, they have many methods to legally obtain it. If the other party does not delete it, it still exists.

It's probably better to liken it to patents, where Ai output has similarly been rejected
Even remixing the existing into something new doesn't count if a human has not been in the loop. I don't necessarily agree with this, but it is the current ruling aiui

Interesting, thanks for all these insights. Do you have a sense of how these boundaries for copyright might carry over to licensing like MIT, et al?

I'm not sure how much I agree with the multiple options, and suspect it too is contextual. For example, I often have Deep Research go out and look at things, come back with a report and several options. I then evaluate, make a choice, and send another agent off to do work and do the iterative thing.

To clarify "correct some decisions", I'm thinking of the workflow where it comes back with something, than I correct or direct it, then it goes back to work.
More of the iterative, human-in-the-loop, versus the set-it-and-forget-it that seems for sure covered here.

Is this limited to "one-shot" workflows? What if, i.e., I correct some decisions while letting some of it rip?
(I suspect the answer is "it depends, evidentiary hearings would be needed")

This rectified the issue, and is a long way of saying, you don't necessarily need to force it, they will get hungry enough to eat what they think they don't like, realizing that it's not so bad after and they feel much better when eating better, that they start to choose those foods.

This is probably going to be a terrible analogy, and disclaimer I'm not a parent to know the struggles, but...
Once had a roommate who's cat only ate human food and would knock the trash over every night. So when he left town for a week, we put the cat in a room by itself with only cat food.

The Logic of CUE
Learn about CUE's theoretical basis and what makes it different.
CUE's lattice is a model I like to think of, along with the tooling.
Fluid abstractions that allow for adjustment based on context, always able to get to the details and sources.

The multiple choice path seems like it would, in the long-run, look like those sites with dozens and dozens of share buttons.
My tl;dr, the website owner gets to decide. Perhaps there is a day where they don't have a microblogging button, but something more like Reddit. Base it on your audience?

There's also a related queston for the atmosphere here: if a news website whats to add a share to Bluesky button to their website, should that button say Bluesky? If yes, should there also be a button for Blacksky? If no, what should it say instead?
