Saw a musical with friends today and it was very cute. Took a nice unexpectedly warm winter walk along the river afterwards. Everything is dumb but you can still have nice moments.

Someone sat next to me at this bar and started going through all the ringtone variants in their phone, on top of the music. I asked them to stop and he said “I can’t hear it outside” which made no sense and just made me more upset.

I think it’s for suppliers trying to register new medical devices with the government, not preventing patients from getting existing prosthetics. Could be wrong though.
