404 - Oh no, you found a page that's missing stuff. "/blog/an-ai-powered-kentcdodds-com" is not a page on kentcdodds.com. So sorry.
@kentcdodds.com βI've added some pretty cool AI-powered features to kentcdodds.com and I want to tell you all about it.β
The link result sums up AI well π
Ooo, any sneak peeks? π
Awesome π Thanks!
Iβve been an iPhone user for about 10 years now but have considered going back so Iβm curious: what do you find is better on iOS? Why would you choose iOS over Android?
Notifications are easier to get to on Android too: you pull down anywhere from the Home Screen, on iOS you reeeeeach up to the top andβ¦ no thatβs control centre, try again, reeeeachβ¦ no thatβs control centre again, try againβ¦ reeeeachβ¦ ah there it is.
Apple king of UX? Yeah right π
The joy is in the making. I code for people who share that sentiment.
That should be: state.notes.push
Thanks. So should it be this:
setBoard(state => { state
notes.pushβ¦
?
I just canβt see how you can target βnotesβ and not βboardsβ by just naming the argument βnotesβ π€
Oh, do you have a link to any docs for that?
Great post. I think this:
setBoard(notes =>
Should be this:
setBoard(βnotesβ, notes =>
But I could be wrong, am no Solid expert.
Bloody hell! You okay?

Was it? What flopped? I thought it ended well.
I personally prefer things as close to the bottom as possible. Arc has probably the nicest tab management Iβve seen on any browser. It would also satisfy high or low thumbers π
You scroll up (swipe down). It feels pretty intuitive to me.
This is Orionβs tabs:
β¦look through them. I kinda forget I can scroll down for more results now. Thereβs just something about the UX that feels off. Almost as if you turned iOS reachability mode on permanently and therefore permanently lost the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps.
Soβ¦ I like it butβ¦ any chance items could _start_ at the bottom and you scroll up instead? Orion have an option to do this with their tabs. I feel this would be especially more useful with search suggestions where comfort mode currently feels like it hides things as opposed to encouraging me toβ¦
I donβt know why I turned it off on Kagi. Iβll turn it back on and see how it goesβ¦
Yes I do π
Seems to only happen when navigating from a search result (Iβm using Kagi).
@quiche.industries Iβm finding recently that the ad blocker only works after reloading the page. Is this a known bug on your radar?
