Is enough being done to combat them? Do you think more could be done? 6) What's your biggest gripe with art commissioners currently? And the answers by the scammer: 4) Scraping art for AI without permission is unethical as it disregards artists creative rights. 5) Scammers on Discord are a major issue. Platforms need stricter policies and better education for users to prevent scams. 6) Unrealistic expectations, poor communication, and hesitance with payments are my biggest issues with commissioners. The selective blurring of the image draws focus onto the admission by the scammer that scamming on discord is an issue.

It's been around for a few years now! I've personally been using it both for wolfsk.in and raffle.wolfsk.in ^~^ Both of them are really low traffic, and haven't cost me a single penny yet.
Also, using cf is honestly worth it for better DNS management (and often better rates on domain costs too) :3
E-Commerce is probably a different beast depending on what you need. If you're using an existing E-Commerce backend, then Hetzner or Netcup are probably the most affordable VPS hosts I can think of :3
A bit late on the bandwagon, but cloudflare pages is pretty much free for low volume stuff, and even supports a mixture of frontend and backend code (since cf pages has cf worker functionality, unlike github pages). ^~^
