Is Amazon intentionally trying to make our shopping experience as annoying as possible? Reached out to Customer Support and they were absolutely UNhelpful! Tell us how to remove it.

this is a whole other rant that's been brewing but it's more and more obvious to me that companies are not interested in making good software. they want to make complicated software they can charge you more for. they don't care if it's good. they care if they can charge you more

i think it's important that if you're angry when talking to customer service, that the rep knows your anger is not directed at them personally. for example, it's not the rep's fault amazon is shoving this stupid rufus ai bullshit down my throat but they're gonna hear about it
