I do agree, more need to get involved. But it’s tough because the richer the healthcare/pharma execs get, the more they can lobby and line politicians pockets to look the other way. Pay for play does not benefit the vulnerable or the sick.
Honestly I like the guy as far as billionaires go but “Bluesky users are downers and haters and their solutions won’t work” doesn’t help either…
He isn’t doing anything bad. The system is broken and he is helping some, even if it’s on only certain drugs & for certain folks. I just don’t care for him putting critics/Bluesky people in his replies on blast when he’s bumping shoulders with policymakers & only discounts—not change—is happening.
