Leave us on Standard Time I say. Humans invented all this. Let’s follow the seasonal changes that have always been. It’s better to get dark earlier than later for melatonin production.

Wow 😮 That’s and amazing picture, let alone the architecture.
I need to stop aging 😆
Supplements like Gaia’s SleepThru and Adrenal Stress products can help lower cortisol levels, promoting a more normal feeling throughout the day.
We constantly live in a state of fight-or-flight mode, which is extremely detrimental to our physical health. High cortisol levels commonly cause sleep disruption issues. If you wake up around 2 to 3 in the morning consistently, it’s more than likely a cortisol problem.
Which model did you buy? Thinking of getting one myself.
Love the art deco feel!

The 8-hour work day was not ordained from above for all time. It was dreamed up by humans.
It doesn't make sense for every person, every job, or every organization.
We can be as productive and creative in 6 focused hours as in 8 unfocused hours.
Do you have an evening wind-down routine? Start getting ready for bed about two hours before. Chamomile tea can relax you and promote sleep. If you have a busy mind, skullcap can help.

I miss flying. I was offered nearly free flight training in return for the tutoring. I should have taken him up on it. Would have been a great occupation or side job.
I go up close to many iconic planes, with my favorite being the SR-71 Blackbird. Such a beautiful plane!
I know it was a Cessna Citation. I think it was the X model since it could cruise just below Mach. We flew through some crazy storms with hail and a tornado 🌪️ in one. It was at Flight Safety in Wichita, Kansas. I was hanging with a bunch of Aerospace Engineering nerds.

I do love a good G&T, but my favorite gin drink is a Negroni.

This country as a whole needs to be schooled on roundabouts! It’s one of my biggest pain points with US drivers. Go to Europe and drive, they know how to use them and are polite.
