Friday! Athletic Conditioning! It was rough and I was grateful for a work situation I had to deal with part way through, but stuck it out and feel good about the workout.
Leg day on 3/13/2026
Thursday? Lower Body Strength day. And I gotta say, my legs did some damn work. New PR on straddle lift over many many reps. Got murdered by the trainer on resistance band quad burners. Rest was pretty standard fare.
