Unfortunately not traditional media, but I have been trying to practice traditional more! The lines were done with a digital brush I made to emulate the traditional dip pen nibs which I use, so it looks fairly similar

This was an experiment in my lifelong quest to find a comic style I like haha. Made a new ink brush in clip studio that mimics a real life zebra g pen nib. Really like how it turned out here! (Also for context, since I've not posted these guys together here, they are both the same age. Khay is smol)

Yep, pretty severe burn out I think. Even thinking about making art made my stomach sink. Made me change careers and not touch drawing for a year. Came back to it on my own terms and learned to enjoy it again about 2 years later

Trying it out for a while does seem like the same app with a UI change and Canva stuff tacked on. I mainly used Affinity for the "export persona" features and now its a separate tab called "Slice". You can add to the top bar but the features I'm used to are still there

Can really be hard for sure. Always reminds me of moving out of a house, still will have dreams about it for years.
(Also kinda crazy but my first car was that exact same car but in white lol)

Simple comfort-zone drawing, so I can get some of the rust off and test out some new workflow processes ^^ Mostly the simpler, more readable lighting and increased textures. Also been testing out using Clip Studio Paint's 3D pose references. Makes life a bit easier than taking endless ref photos lol

Giving it yet another try lol. Been considering using greyscale in my comic I'm working on, but have never been very happy with my past experiments. Quite happy with this one though!

But it’s likely going to be late this year at the soonest before I begin posting new comic pages. The webcomic won’t be posted here anyways, it will be on my FurAffinity and various other webcomic-spesific sites/apps. Other new art will continue to be posted here in the meantime

Also, I’m working on character concepts for my upcoming webcomic project. I have like 20 or more ref sheets and character concepts to make. So, if you don’t hear from me for a while I’m busy working on webcomic stuff!

I’ve got a bit of a backlog of unposted smaller things like sketches and stuff to post, but it’s mostly older stuff from as far back as 2022. In addition to that, I have tons of old art I've not posted here that I should probably post at least some of. Will be posting more soon!
