@dsyme.bsky.social a bit unrelated but I poked you on F# slack in case you missed it.

F# folk, with @nojaf.com we've added support for generating llms.txt to the fsdocs tool that's widely used by the F# community.
We'll release it soon but if you have a chance to take it for a spin before please do.

F# folk, am working with @nojaf.com on a request from Nick Herchey to add support to fsdocs for "fsdocs convert" to easily convert between the nice literate programming formats F# supports - .fsx, .md, .ipynb, .tex
Please take it for a spin and give feedback

I was on the latest episode of @deadcode.website to talk about @rescript-lang.org! If you've heard the name and wondered what's going on with it in 2025, give the episode a listen!

Dear #fsharp, we're asking again about a possible Fantomas default change: github.com/fsprojects/f...
With 500+ downloads a day and only ~130 votes, we simply donβt have enough data yet. Absolute numbers matter before making such a decision.
Real talk: without a challenger like @bun.sh this would never have happened.
In the next version of our vscode plugin π:

Hi #fsharp we *might* consider changing a default in Fantomas: github.com/fsprojects/f...
Please let us know what you think.
Been building a @rescript-lang.org MCP server lately, letting an LLM truly see a codebase.
If you havenβt met ReScript before, this oneβs still worth watching . It has a clear case of how localized MCP servers can lift developer tooling.

Waku v0.26.0 has just dropped. If you are new to Waku, it can help you try React Server Components. Read waku.gg and try `npm create waku@latest`.

Had a lot of fun with this!
Today, weβre announcing the preview release of ty, an extremely fast type checker and language server for Python, written in Rust.
In early testing, it's 10x, 50x, even 100x faster than existing type checkers. (We've seen >600x speed-ups over Mypy in some real-world projects.)
Never use your default branch to send PRs in GitHub!
Maintainers can't push to that branch, even though if you enabled "Maintainers are allowed to edit this pull request."
The editor tooling in #ReScript has immense potential. I'm very happy to be among the core contributors and learn from the best!
Working on preserving JSX in #ReScript output at the @rescript-lang.org retreat!
Upcoming ReScript (@rescript-lang.org) v12 move platform binaries into optional dependencies (e.g. rescript/linux-x64)
To shrink the download & install size significantly!
Download & Install size change:
- Before: 67 MB | 197 MB
- After: 15 MB | 48 MB (on a Linux x64 machine)
Does anyone know if #cursor follows links when indexing a remote llm.txt file?

I had a blast exploring @kaplayjs.com over the weekend! It's beautifully designed and offers so many amazing abstractions. Great stuff! Check it out: kaplayjs.com
