Exactly. Would love a FNV with modern gameplay. But doubt that.

Abramovich, Deripaska, Aven, Fridman.

Google it or something. Stop deflecting. Follow the money.

Geopolitical turmoil in the Middle East once again shows that reliance on volatile oil and gas exposes economies to price shocks.

Renewables, electrification and storage offer more stable long term energy costs and stronger energy security.

Also Epstein had strong connections to BOTH Israeli and Russian intelligence agencies.

Israel and Russia shares the same ultranationalist, genocidal and expansionary imperialist Ideology.

Israel and Russia are MUCH closer than generally reported in the media.

Wikipedia:"Putin has had a close relationship with long-serving Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu."

A majority of the Putin oligarchs have Israeli passports/connections - Abramovich, Deripaska, Aven, Fridman...

He's a real fighter though. As in he's such a numbskull he wants to throw punches on the senate floor.

Also, "Markwayne"?! His parents could decide which one and ended up with an inbred compromise between his mother and brother?

Hehe, you think Bethesda the "remake company" would give away one of their most loved titles? I bet we'll get a FNV remake before TES6. Same antique mechanics of course, but 4k textures.

The cash transit was with Austrian Raffeisenbank as counterparty. Pretty sure the Austrians will ask for their money back together with the Ukrainians. Cash transport of 80m isn't uninsured...

Pretty sure there was a chance in 2024. Oh well.

The good thing, in a sense, is that the damage done by Trump to US hegemony will be permanent. Which is a net positive for world peace.

Almost everyone (95%+) that makes the switch feels the same way. I cannot imagine ever going back to noisy, stinky, last century tech, and having to go to the gas station for fuel.

I charged my EV last night (from 20 percent to 100 percent) and it cost me about $17.

Beyond the no gas, the car just rides so beautifully. Got it in July and cannot imagine ever going back to gas car.

Also, with an EV, gas prices don't matter. But gov should help make EVs (incl used) much more affordable for lower income households. Or the oil lobby will have plenty of angry people they can dupe again...

I can't believe I still get surprised sometimes by how dumb he actually is. Like, do you need a navy to launch a drone? Unbelievable.

Social assistance and finance (inc crypto I guess) being the only sectors with job growth is so telling of the Trump economy.

Agree. My main points of optimism though - China is all in on electrification. And also, greentech is becoming a formidable industry. The industry just needs to learn to organize and mobilize (and lobby) like Big Fossil. A Heritage Foundation of Green Energy or some such. But preferably not evil.

I'm still shocked that Hungary just kidnapped seven Ukrainians for political blackmail in an outrageous act of state thuggery, and the EU is simply... okay with it.

Of course. But the public discourse is stacked against the ordinary consumer due to Big Fossil propaganda. Of course EVs will win in the end based on the basis of superior economics and tech. But the 2022 energy crisis due to the Russian invasion had people make all the wrong conclusions.
