Jim Henson's Star Trek Babies.
Baby Nyota is ADORABLE.
Star Trek Log Seven.
"The Counter-Clock Incident" did it first!
Alan Dean Foster was skeptical enough to retcon that all as being influenced by a Q-type alien when he novelized that episode!
Louis is a maestro of sCAT music!
Hmmm, could be (and a more likely name). If so, her "d" is almost two characters.
Cover of the Louis Prima album "The Call of the Wildest" with Louis singing to a moose [head].
CAPITOL RECORDS EXECUTIVE: We need to set up a photo session for your next album cover, Louis. What we're thinking is you on a darkened stage in a nice suit, singing with Keely at a big microphone...
LOUIS PRIMA: Hell no! Sam, boys...bring in the moose head!
(GREATEST ALBUM COVER EVER!)
Reneรฉ Manalel.
Thank you, Reneรฉ Manalel, for keeping this album in pristine condition so I could have it someday.
A cartoon of Keely Smith.
My mental canon: Keely Smith is the grown-up Nancy Ritz and Louis Prima is Sluggo.
Back cover of The Call of the Wildest! album cover.
I have always been sad that Louis and Keely didn't have their own radio show (like Phil Harris and Alice Faye) but although they'd been performing for years, their real rise in huge popularity came at the end of radio's Golden Age, didn't it?
Now Playing: The Call of the Wildest by Louis Prima, with Keely Smith, Sam Butera and the Witnesses (Capitol, 1957)
Is that or is that not THE GREATEST ALBUM COVER IN HISTORY?!?

I kind of imagined she had a light bee, but it itself was photonic or holographic.
"Well then what makes the holographic light bee?"
Uh uh uh, you can't fool me. It's holographic light bees all the way down.
Jubilee, the white and black cat, screams really loud. (Actually she's just yawning.)
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Wait, strike that, reverse it!
I'd foolishly give the record away in the early '00s, and last year when the great Sheila Jordan died I could not remember the album. Someone online reminded me (thanks!) so I was able to re-collect this one and another Kuhn/Jordan LP.
Now Playing: Last Year's Waltz by The Steve Kuhn Quartet featuring Sheila Jordan (ECM, 1972)
This is probably the first jazz record I ever bought. I heard it playing in a record store and fell in love with it.

I also got fooled because we had a VCR in our flat and I taped a lot of stuff off TV, but luckily the St. Lawrence language department had a PAL VCR!
@bullythelsb.bsky.social, I think your cousin's in the news. . .
That's my second cousin on Mama Bill's side, Gigantio!
He lives lovin' large!
Now Playing: Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl by Klaus Badelt (Walt Disney, 2003; reissued 2025)
John had to buy this one for me because it was rated ARRRRRRRR

This is at least the second time you have posted this and misspelled her name. Show some respect.
Jubilee, the white and black cat, is sleeping on the foot of the bed.
The kitty is snoring, so good night ๐ด
stupid sexy Arbuckle
I know that Heathcliff regularly meets his jailbird father but I didn't know Garfield did
Jubilee, the white and black cat, is not gruntled.
Disgruntled.
Bully pokes his head out of the die-cut record sleeve of Red Headed Stranger.
Hey! Look at me, everybody! I'm a cowboy! Howdy, howdy, howdy!
Bully has a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! ๐ช
A home-baked reward for a busy day!
Michael Caine has big glasses.
This man.
Does whatever a pizza can.
Wow! That's...off-model.
Now Playing: One Soul Now by Cowboy Junkies (Zoรซ, 2004; reissued Cooking Vinyl, 2025)
I thought this was a brand-new album, and I can't digger out how I missed it in 2004!
Hey, it's yellow and speckled, like a farmhouse hen! The kind Margo Timmins might have!
