I played Pokopia last night for 3 hours and I’m already overwhelmed by the amount of Pokemon moving in amongst all the deteriorated buildings. I need order!

I’m curious to see how Pokopia allows a Switch 1 to play with the Switch 2 host. Hopefully it’s on a full island and not just a weird mini version that’s limited. We’ve only got one Switch 2.

Yeah, I’ve got about 4215 hours between both, and am so excited for Pokopia. Hoping it goes live at 9pm for me tonight (as West Coaster).

I miss playing Destiny with my husband, but at the point that he was complaining about it, it was clearly time to put it down.

(To be clear, I have no desire to play any extraction shooters. I even tried watching some big streams of Marathon to see if it’d pique my interest. The matches were 15-minutes of bored meandering, repetitive quests and then maybe 5 of actual shooting. Hard fucking pass.)

Yeah, I hope it does well enough, we’ll never get anything Destiny related again if it doesn’t. But I won’t be helping those numbers. I’ve been off Destiny for awhile now, and have no desire to play an Extraction shooter by the devs that have never been able to balance PvP. Also they lie, a lot.

It’s so interesting to me to see people, who have experienced more than a decade of broken/half-kept promises from Bungie, looking at Marathon’s roadmap and trusting that they’ll stick to their word this time. Hey maybe it’ll happen…hope they all have a great time in it regardless of what happens.

And the biceps are giving us life!

The main reason I didn’t try to bump is because the other months are booked, most were finagled to work around everyone else booked, and the end result would just be cancelling.

I love hosting this event, but it’s really such a hassle getting models sometimes. People can be so unresponsive.

Needless to say, another lesson learned and something to add to the booking email.

New Rules from the last few sessions:

Please do not book the other drink and draw event the same month as it will result in less sales here.

Please do not take a boner pill before.

Was very tempted to postpone the booked drink and draw model this month as she booked both my event and the only other similar event in Seattle for the same month. Which will likely affect attendance, which women models already bring less attendees.

Have a feeling I’ll be losing money this month 🥴
