If you have a "company approved" AI that you use that you sign into a company account for, totally fine and normal and your data is likely protected.
If they're just telling you to use any old chatbot and to make your own account, big 'ol red X on that one. That would be concerning.
In the case of an AI LLM, unless the agent you're using is sandboxed and isolated from other companies and you have a data sharing agreement with that company, it's a near certainty that whatever gets put in will be used and retained as training data that then could be repeated back to someone else
I think one of the scariest and most disgusting parts about this is being told (paraphrasing) to just use any old LLM for this with no regards to data security.
These queries are fed back in as training data, this is PII and medical health records being made public with just no regard to HIPAA

Totally! As a game, it's incredibly sound and engaging with good and fun mechanics. As an objective piece, there's a lot of different factors that feel a bit more off and gives move "uncomfortable" feeling than I'd personally like
