This video appears to be Alex Pretti reading a brief statement of eulogy over the body of a veteran who apparently died in the VA hospital ICU where Pretti worked as a nurse.
This is the man the Trump administration labeled a "domestic terrorist" and an "assassin."

The victim, Alex Jeffrey Pretti, was reportedly a law abiding US citizen & an ICU nurse at the VA. He was licensed to carry a firearm.
Trump & Miller are responsible for his killing & are now lying to the American people.
