Why are there so many low-quality recordings of IPA sounds on Wikipedia? I'm talking like -24db, room tone, tinny sound, REVERB even. The description for Voiceless velar lateral fricative.ogg literally says "Hopefully it's correct." and was uploaded 13 years ago. How is this acceptable?
Agreed, its interesting in theory but arguably not worth the cost/effort right now IMO, especially using all these big tech/commodified models

I don't think there is any one "task", the goal seems to be just seeing what emergent actions/behaviors arise from putting a bunch of LLMs in a loop with a shared chat and control over a computer system.
