I really wish that movie had done better, because I would’ve loved a series of sequels with the same actors playing different characters each time like a new campaign

I love the show, I love the movie, and I 100% agree with this. Especially knowing what we know now about Joss, the Mal/Inara storyline in particular was not going to go well in the long run.
