Did you? Because the word "political" shows up 5 times, twice relating to organized crime, and the other three all say the requested state gets to decide if the action is political, and there's no evidence Switzerland did so
Problem is, the language says the requested state has to consider it a political offense, which there's no indication that Switzerland does, thus the section doesn't apply anyway.
