Quote from Kyle Ross that says, "Our workers are continually doing more with less. (They) often tell us they’re doing the job of two to three people. I will give the government some credit — it is improving. But it’s slow, and our workers, in the meantime, are burning out. As people leave, that knowledge is walking out the door.”

With more provincial Employment Standards Officers like Roger, Manitoba would be able to investigate more wage complaints and protect even more workers.

Let’s fill the jobs and rebuild our public services. Go to FillTheJobs.ca to tell the government to take action.

Bullying has no place in schools, workplaces, or anywhere else.

On Pink Shirt Day, we're sending a special message to kiddos (and grown ups, too) that have been bullied: you matter.

Take care of yourselves and be nice to others - you never know what positive impact you will have!

President Ross spoke about the need to fill the vacant jobs in public services. Years of short staffing and growing workload makes it hard to retain workers. It also means Manitobans may experience waits when they try to access services they need.
