We’ll give you 15 seconds to undo a payment by default, but you can set it to 10, 30, or 60 seconds instead. Or just turn it off completely.

Previously this lived in the Privacy settings in the app, but we’ve now moved it to the home screen to make it even easier to know who you’re talking to. (It only shows up when we detect you’re on a call).

Check if it’s really us calling you, directly in the Monzo app 📲

If someone calls you and says they’re from Monzo, our ‘call status’ at the top of the app will let you know if it’s us.

If it says we aren’t talking to you, hang up right away. Then you can report it to us by tapping on the status.

We cannot stress enough how your Monzo spending is very much real.
