Design systems have a bright future ahead of them. They will serve as the vocabulary and grammar for GenAI to write programs. They will make the difference between receiving cobbled-together spaghetti code, that is at best suitable for prototypes, and getting scalable, production-ready code.

Yep. Very true. In my opinion Scrum is only a scaffolding to develop agile practices and an agile mindset. And if this happens, you can move beyond Scrum to work truly in an agile fashion.
If someone has been practicing Scrum strictly by the book for ten years, are they actually still agile?

Yes there is a Chrome Plugin: chromewebstore.google.com/detail/sky-f... It’s relatively superficial checking for same usernames and some. Yet it helped me to find some friends.
Very likely did Figma play a role here. But out of good intentions. We simply needed a tool that was good at handling Design Systems. Sketch and XD never got that right.
But then there come along too many people who obsess about tools and suddenly the tool becomes the thing.
Nobody cares if you have the perfect token system if your product doesn't solve the problem it was built for. (3/3)
But one thing I was never able to wrap my head around was, why lots of Designers were so super obsessed with Tokens. Building whole tools and intricate token systems that almost nobody was using. Why invest so heavily into one of the tinyest bits of a desiger's value creation? (2/3)
Maybe a design system *hype* is coming to an end. Yet productive work with and on design systems will be an important part of design work in the future. Especially when teaching an AI the language of our product. (1/3)
Das mit den Instanzen und wie man andere Leute findet, war mir zu umständlich. Dazu viel weniger Content der mich interessiert hat, viel weniger interessante Leute, die auch wirklich was geschrieben haben. Hier bin ich deutlich schneller glücklich geworden.
Weiß ich nicht. Bei der Frage „Cui Bono“ würde ich eher auf diejenigen schauen, die von eine gespaltenen deutschen Gesellschaft und einem schwachen, selbstbezogenen Deutschland profitieren. Also auf AfD, Antieuropäer, Russland, China, MAGA…
Das ist richtig. Aber die hatten es in der Sache ja einfacher, weil sie alle Änderungen durch die Pandemie weghaben wollten. und es geht ja nicht darum, wer der Arrogantere war, sondern warum wir es nicht geschafft haben, viele Menschen besser mitzunehmen.
Dass die BILD hier eine ganz eigene Agenda verfolgt hat und sich damit die Spinner legitimiert & amplifiziert gefühlt haben, ist ein riesiger Faktor.
Aber wir müssen uns auch an die eigene Nase fassen. Viele haben verunsicherte Menschen einfach von oben herab belehrt als sie empatisch mitzunehmen.
